Who am I and what am I doing today
I am a Senior Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions, leading international work teams in industrial environments and in other sectors.
With command of several languages. Experience managing more than 30 teams in 20 countries at the same time with revenues of more than 50 million euros at my expense.
I am also a lecturer, speaker, and teacher at prestigious business schools such as OBS, BEBS or ISAM Business School, where I teach dozens of different nationalities on global economy, foreign markets and international strategy and operations, combining my solid academic base with extensive practical experience.
Throughout my career, I have actively participated as an analyst and expert in media such as Antena 3 TV, TVE1, Canal 24 horas, Tekemadrid, Trece TV, Negocios TV, Intereconomía; RNE or Cadena COPE, where I contribute my vision on current international economic affairs, trade policy, tariffs and global geostrategy.
Industrial Engineer, with a postgraduate degree in business management and foreign trade (international MBA) I stand out for my strategic approach, analytical skills and commitment to training to compete successfully in the global market. I have trained more than 6,000 professionals and accompanied more than 500 companies.
In addition, I am Author of 8 books on foreign trade and SCM.
Since last June 2025, I have been part of the ‘European Commission’s EU Trade Champions Network’ – a pan-European initiative that connects around 120 independent voices from the EU, all with a high management level, active regional presence, public prestige, and great experience in international commercial affairs.
My professional experience and major achivements
In relation to my professional experience between 2002 and 2005, as an Industrial Organization Engineer in my first stage in the Engineering sectors such as Ghesa and Automotive in relevant multinationals such as Valeo, Ficosa or Lear, I was trained in concepts such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6 Sigma, Project Management, and above all customer service, team leadership and non quality cost.
Between 2006 and 2018 I was Export Director and International Director of Logistics and Sales Administration, exporting to more than 80 countries, and leading the successful implementation of a global S&OP process at the Australian multinational company Coxgomyl, to coordinate the sales, operations and finance part in the group’s factories and commercial offices on five continents.
Another further success story was my position as Group Parts Manager in the leading Swedish industrial group Alimak from 2018 to 2020.
Reporting to the Director of the Aftermarket Business Unit, I functionally led an international team of more than 100 direct professionals (out of 700 belonging to aftersales) located in 20 countries in more than 30 different business units, in which I went.
In conclusion, a person prepared to participate in any professional project in the industrial sector that involves change management, the development of work teams and the search for excellence through continuous improvement.
The most recent success story is my position as CEO at TuComex, from 2021 to date.
Currently, I lead TuComex, a firm specialized in internationalization and strategic support for companies that want to expand in foreign markets. Under my leadership, TuComex has established itself as a reference in the comprehensive advice of international operations.

I speak Spanish as mother language, but I also speak fluent English and French, and also Italian. I have a basic level of Chinese (HSK 2) and German.
